Booking information
Please note that a transaction fee is applicable per order.
Parking (Excludes Tatton Park)
If you have not yet purchased a parking pass, we advise you to pre-book in advance when you buy your ticket to get you into the show more quickly.
We would appreciate if you could print off your car parking pass and make sure it is visible upon entry. If you don’t have access to a printer, please make sure you have your car parking pass ready to show your phone.
If you arrive without a parking pass, let one of the marshals know upon entry and they will take you to an area where you can purchase your pass before making your way into the festival.
If you have a Blue Badge, this must be visible upon entry, and you will be directed to the Blue Badge car park.
Parking for Tatton Park Only
Parking at Tatton Park is levied and maintained by the venue. You will need to purchase a parking pass, direct from the venue itself. You can do so in advance here via the Tatton Park website.
Disability Information and Carer’s Tickets
Visitors who are registered as disabled who purchase a ticket can bring along a carer to the show free of charge. Please add this on at time of booking or collect a carer’s tickets from the at-show Box Office (must have proof). Disabled Parking is available for £3.50. Ticket Enquiries
Tickets do not need to be printed and can be shown on your phone.
To amend your details, resend your confirmation email, download your tickets or submit a query please sign into the SEE tickets order tracker here using either your reference number, postcode or telephone used when booking.
If you don’t have these details then please use the ‘Forgotten your details?’ option and enter the email address used when booking.
